Dri-Clean Carpet Process
Using technology from Hydramaster, the DriMaster™ and the RX-20 for dirtier jobs, both our methods allow for faster drying time and a custom clean. The DriMaster leaves behind 85% less residual moisture, leaving fewer detergents in the carpet. Similarly, the RX-20 works great on stains and heavily soiled, matted carpet. The RX-20 has earned the gold Seal of Approval for its extractor from the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), signifying that it meets the highest standards for carpet cleaning effectiveness. Commercial Cleaning
We offer a dri-clean bonnet process, a Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction DriMaster™ process, and a Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction Hydramaster RX-20™ HE (High-Efficiency) process, allowing access to remote locations.
In addition, we also offer an encapsulation product that surrounds and separates soil from carpet fibers. Any residue left over from the process repels new soil and soil left behind stays encapsulated and gets vacuumed out during regular maintenance.
In all cases, the carpets dry in less time than traditional hot water extraction. Done properly, the results are nothing short of amazing.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
We clean your tile & grout using our truck-mounted unit and a specially designed tile cleaning tool that allows for ultimate cleaning power. The rotary disc moves across the surface penetrating deep into the grout which removes the grease and ground in soils. The final step, based on your individual floor requirements, is a re-application of an appropriate floor/grout sealer.
